help interpreting results

hi all,

My GP isn’t the most proactive so I find I need to push a little at times. I’m looking here to see if I should be concerned and push my doctor for further testing?

recently I had my yearly physical, and also had an ultrasound which showed fatty liver. Liver function tests were normal, but I did have ast:23 / alt:21, so ratio is slightly >1. I have reduced alcohol intake and started exercising quite a bit since last year, however in past couple of years my levels have been more around ast:23 / alt:50. So alt has come down but ast stayed the same. Otherwise my LFT / CBC values came back normal.

Should I be concerned about the ratio inversion and push for more testing?

if it matters, I did have higher non-fasting trigs / lower HDL.
