Great advice been given to me by people on here thanks,now that I have found some kind of normality by being on here and being able to air was condition physically and emotionally, I have ataxia and peripheral neuropathy I would like advice on how to rid pain of peripheral neuropathy especially in my bottoms of feet,thanks.

I’ve got ataxia also. Well, Wernicke's encephalopathy. They are both similar.

It's a standing joke with doctors, spot the alky it's the way you walk, bad gait and shuffle also turning around can be hazardous.

Yep! Exactly the same with me. I now need a walking frame. The horrid stares I get. Why do you need a walker? Your not old etc etc.

But! I do get thru airport security first and a row of seats to myself on a plane and first onboard. It does have benefits lol

Well my dad was put on pregabalin for the pain due to peripheral neuropathy in his feet n legs.after trying a couple of other drugs which sent him cuckoo!...it works for him.hes tried all sorts of rub on lotions n potions to no avail.
