I have posted on our S and F forum this month's, Changing Room Chat and linked that with.... wait for it...YOGA!
Love it or loathe it... it works... and is a great exercise for supporting, every single bit of our running body and our mind too! Some of our most awesome runners here are regular Yogi-s.
I am using the MAY, GREET, programme with Yoga with Adreine. Trying to follow the plan and with my own tweaks. ( I have a creaky neck)!
The calendar can be printed off and you can tick off each day !

Maybe take a peek... today's session is...18 minutes ...Yoga for when You are Angry... I am intrigued... but looking forward to it, and having lost the Internet, about a million times, since waking this morning, it may be quite helpful
