I’ve steadily got used to the cold air, and after a blip in October as the weather changed, I’ve now learned how to keep the asthma under control. Having come so far through JuJu’s magic plan, I had become a bit disappointed that I suddenly needed to do run/walk intervals, as I just couldn’t get my breath, but have been finding my way, built back up, and now able to run without walking again. Preventer inhaler, buff, and faster and sometimes longer warm up walk before running is working. So on Saturday I managed my longest and furthest run, 8k trail run up, around and down our hill and home. Felt amazing.
Picture is from this morning’s 20minute run on the flat for a change. Lovely to start in the dark and see the sun rise. Feels like a symbol of hope ☀️
Happy Thursday everyone 🏃♀️

That’s great news that you’ve managed to get your asthma under control in the colder weather. Well done for your 8K on Saturday and your 20 minute run today 👏👏👏🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️👍
Lovely photo and well done on your running. The buff is great over the nose and mouth for the first kilometer especially on really cold days. Happy running.
Well done. Adjusting to seasonal changes can be a bit of a challenge. For me it is hay fever in the spring. Great photo of the sunrise. That must have been worth getting out the door for ☺️.
Thankyou Delly-Dot. That’s a hard one in the Spring with the hay fever - just when you want to be out in the sun! Yes indeed! Some beautiful sunrises and sunsets recently ☀️
