My tumor markers over two months have been stuck at 79? is gone from 330 down to 79. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do?

I started Ibrance about 6 months ago.. When I started my tumor markers were at 330. Since starting Ibrance my markers have dropped every month and are now down to 79. They were at 79 last month as well now they seem stuck. Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to get the markers moving again I want to get to NED.
