ibrance and letrozole , mbc now with liver enhancement

can any one help

I live in north east of UK .

I’ve been taking ibrance 125mg and letrozole for 2 years and my latest scan has shown liver cancers have grown and osteoblast of sternum

I also have mbc in breast , lymph and spine L1, all stable

Has any one had similar and what was your next line of treatment ?

hello Jenhood. I don’t have your particular issues and I’m sure you’re under oncology guidance.

Just to say that you have my sympathy. Eat well and healthily, keep hydrated and look after your exercise

that sounds like me too. L-1 , sternum and some other areas but all stable on Ibrance BUT mine was lobular so it was just not being seen and had advanced in the liver… so I stopped the CDK4-6 after some months on Verzenio and started to Capecitabine. Dana Farber just gave me a 2nd opinion and dr Sarah Toladay showed me my scans from 4-5 months apart and the cape made everything better…I had a lot of ascites ( fluid) around the liver etc snd she says thst cape f works particularly well for lobular csn which I have.

Capecitabine unfortunately brings HFS which makes it hard to walk my dog. Sore fest! Hands are not too bad but finger tips sore.
