I have tried the one bought from the health food shop as I cant see it doing harm. Warning though it tastes absolutely disgusting. I have put it in yoghurt but the after taste is horrible. As for the oil from 'elsewhere' I tried it once in brownies. I spent the next hour or so laughing hysterically. Would I do it again, well the devil in me says yep... just for the laughter . I guess it is is totally up to you. I didnt have cancer when I tried the other one so I dont know how it would affect any treatment. If I thought categorically it would keep cancer away, I'd bath in the stuff. My thinking is though, If it did honestly work, would Drs, who have signed the hypocratic oath to protect life really keep it a secret? The jury is still out on that one with me... as for the devil in me... who knows just what is around the corner 😂 sending love and good wishes. Lainey66 xxx

Dear, there are important scientific evidence of its use. Some doctors like it, others are skeptical. I used it after chemo, and still use it though not on a daily base, and I use it to reduce pain (had a lot of bone pain with last chemo and after it).

CBD oil, pure cannabidiol oil, does not have any effect on state of mind, emotions and behavior, it's not narcotic, and this fraction of cannabis is quite different and used differently that other cannabis products. Taste is quite ok, but I live in Holland so the quality of the products based on medicine marihuana is the highest possible. Take care!

As CBD oil does not contain THC, I find it quite harmless. I drink CBD infused coffee occasionally (10mg oil content, which I understand is the full dose) and apply CBD salve to specific areas where I have tightness or a bit of achiness. The coffee gives me a very very mild temporary buzz and the salve helps but it could be the effects of massaging.

I am still wanting to try medical marijuana.

Does the CBD salve help with joint pain a lot? I suffer with terrible lower back pain, wrist and hand pain, ankle and feet pain... I would not mind trying that. Do you order it online? I am having trouble with the CBD oil though, the taste makes me heave badly and I end up with watering eyes and shaking like a leaf. I am no good with heaving. Any advice would be welcome.

Oh, I'm sorry the taste of the oil is that bad for you! There are different flavors offered. I don't use the oil as it didn't do much for me and I understand you would need more than 20mg per day before you felt any benefit. As I mentioned, I do have coffee infused with the oil and I have no trouble with the taste. You can add oil to any drink or food but you should watch how much you add. For example, in a cup of coffee I purchase, they use 10mg max.

The salve I have is good but if you have really deep pain, I don't know if it will work. But you don't know until you try! For all topicals, you re-apply in the day as needed,

As with anything, you need to know what works for you.

Are you in the US? I'll send you the sites offline.

Ah thank you Julie. I am in Ireland, I haven't come across different flavoured oils here, just the one from the healthfood shop, which in all honesty seems as useful as a chocolate teapot. I will keep a look out though. Thank you once again.

Have you tried Holland and Barrett? That's if you haven't already? As they have a good range of CBD with lemon and orange flavoured on their website. Read the reviews see what other say about them? Hope that helps?

I'm gonna ask my BCN and oncologist and see what they say and recommend.
