I can only speak very highly of every nurse I have met on this journey, it is at times a thankless task, they are rushed off their feet but always manage a smile and a joke. I have never been made to feel like just another person with cancer, I've always been treat as an individual. I'd like to say thank you for making the worst thing that has ever happened to me, seem a little less scary xx

Thank you too all the nurses who have and are caring for me, including the community intervention nurses who are totally on the ball. Despite the short staffing, run off your feet and long hours you still find time to smile, comfort and reassure me. If I have one prayer it is that I pray that you all continue to have healthy, positive lives filled with joy and happiness and never have to go through anything that you see your patients going through - we love and need you xxx thank you once again xxx

Absolutely - under appreciated and underpaid in many cases. Thank you all!

Could I use this post to pay tribute to all Nurses who have cared for me and my family over the years, I'd particularly like to mention the nurse who gave my late dad a shave before he passed away, the nurses who cared for my mum during a 15 week stay in hospital a few years ago and all at Bristol Eye Hospital who care for both mum and myself,
