Do you mean updates on medication? Or information about lifestyle (exercise and diet) and alternative approaches, such as supplements and vibration machines?

Medication or natural treatments.

The most recent medication is Romosozumab, which is only available to post-menopausal women who've had at least one fracture and are at high risk of another one. I think it's a monthly injection and can only be taken for 12 months, after which you have to go onto another medication, either Prolia or a bisphosphonate. If you go onto Prolia and then stop that, you have to go onto a bisphosphonate to reduce the risk of rebound fractures.

I'm not aware of anything new in terms of diet, exercise and supplements, although the Marodyne LiV whole body low intensity vibration plate seems to be increasingly recommended, for those who can afford it!
