i reckon decades of no fat, no sugar, no salt, super sporty, popular dieting has contributed to poor condition

it seems to have caused deficiency in nutrition. someone i know is ultra lean, fitness instructor,

has been at peak fitness for decades, and that looks like a problem. some of it is obsession/ control (unhealthy), i know it as i've had similar.

and our foods from supermarkets have taken a dive in nutrition value as they aren't always fresh.

so - for me - i still don't eat anything i want, but now i have the oils, eat the chicken skin, have sugar in tea, add butter and oil to stir-frieds.
