Has anyone used & could recommend Osteostrong?

Have you spoken to your GP re the wisdom of such forceful exercise with regard to own personal situation? Cheaper and effective…..your local physiotherapist..you can self-refer and they are definitely trained/qualified to help strengthen supporting muscles/safe bone strengthening exercises.

Thank you! My appointment to discuss OsteoStrong regiment is in September. I’ve read a few reviews about breaks following over doing too soon. I am taking that in mind for sure.

There really is good info here I appreciate your suggestion.

My takeaway: “… if posture alignment is as it should be, the amount of weight is not a problem… (loose translation!) HOWEVER… my age (over 70) there could be weakness in my body that is not up to that amount of weight. I’ll visit my Primary doc now vs. waiting till my Endo visit in September. THANK YOU!
