Was wondering if anyone has experienced any improvement at all in bone density after drinking Roobios tea?

It would be good if it did. I drink Rooibos because of the lack of caffeine.

I think I’m going to give it a go because it seems to have a very positive affect on bone density. Worth a Google

I didn't know about any effect on bones. I take it as it's caffeine free and I have insomnia.

He is a spine and bone consultant and the Managing Director of Osteoscan. I’m going to get a REMs scan done next Thursday. I have a spinal compression fracture and have always doubted my Dexa scan result as there is a discordance between my spine and dual femur result. Am hoping the REMs might be more accurate

I have been drinking rooibos tea for several years and have on average 5 cups a day. I have also had several spinal fractures in that time so I am not sure it has helped me. I drink it because it is caffeine free - and I love the taste.
