Hello all

There doesn’t seem to be a recent post re Algaecal so I wondered if anyone has been taking it long enough to see whether it improves their bone density either with or without the Strontium Boost. I am aware that strontium can create ‘false positive’ density increases on dexas (although unclear as to whether it nonetheless improves bone strength).

I would also be interested to know of anyone's experience with algaecal. Also, was not aware of strontium false density results so did some looking on the Internet. Do you take strontium?

Hi Elery, no I haven’t taken strontium, partly as I couldn’t work out when to conveniently take it but also as unsure about its efficacy.
