I would suggest your best bet is to call the helplines and speak with a nurse. She will be able to point you in the direction of any branch support groups in south wales if there are any.

Whereabouts in Wales are you? I'm in Merthyr Tydfil and there is a support group here that meets once a month? If you look on the link below, it'll show you the webpage of the National Osteoporosis Society which helps you locate a support group, hope this helps!
