Well scan all done and I've got osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis double whammy for me so feeling a bit sorry for myself xx

I have got both OP and OA too. Join the club! At least DEXA is done now so you can go forward and get a kind of plan together. It will be your decision in the end. Gain as much information as you can. This will help you decide the best course of action for you.

Welcome Angie, although sad you have to be here obviously. I too have Osteoporosis and Osteoarthritis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Vasculitis and a host of other things I can't be bothered to type. You will have lots of support from other members, and there is always the NOS nurses on a free helpline. xx
