We genuinely believe that peer support is the cornerstone to better health management and improved health outcomes. Talking to people who are going through similar health experiences to you not only helps you to feel less alone, but also empowers you to take control of your own health.
No matter your health condition, connection is something that can be shared universally. This year has been no different. We have continued to see copious amounts of knowledge and support being shared between our members.
The holiday period can be tough for people living with health conditions. Please do take time for yourself! You may also like to check in with others who you know find this time extra challenging - a little love and kindness go a long way.

I’ve learned a lot from corresponding on here. It’s nice not to feel totally isolated and alone. Merry Christmas however quiet it may be to everyone . Always hold on to hope. May 2023 be a good hour for all.
Thank you bluepettals2, I take vit D monthly because of my bones and Dr said it's bad to take any more on top of a hefty dose. I take a supplement called nutrient rescue it's a NZ product with blackcurrent powder, t tree extract and several other ingredients in it. So am pretty much covered. Am feeling much better, very lucky! Having a good rest every afternoon. Happy New Year to you and stay well, that's the most important thing, all the money in the world can't buy you good health. This is the best site I have ever been on I appreciate all the people on here! We share some of the same problems & we share a lot that are not. Being able to talk about what is happening & how it makes me feel has really helped a lot. Being able to share the worry & conseren helps even more lastly being able to vent & being understood is the biggest relief! Thank you all love you all BFF Mary
