A year to remember - thank YOU!

Dear HU members,

We wanted to take a moment to reflect on what has been a year to remember.

From a global pandemic to our new partnership with the Corrona family, this year has certainly been filled with considerable monumental moments for everyone.

Although this year has been filled with uncertainty, thanks to the support that each and every one of you have shown to each other we have been continuously filled with optimism.

Now more than ever, we couldn’t be more proud of how you never fail to show up, supporting one another through it all.

We hope that you are able to enjoy this holiday season as best you can. If you find yourself in an unplanned situation, you are not alone. As always, HealthUnlocked is here for you.

The team look forward to what 2021 has to offer and are excited to provide you with a safe space to share your health journey.

Thank You! Health Unlocked forums are very important to me! I truly feel that I get better advice and support, from those who are dealing with the same/similar disease process, that I have been diagnosed with, than from most other sources! I have been enabled to cope better with neurodegenerative progression, because of the help, I get, in this forum! Thank You All for your contributions! You are all appreciated! Please stay safe, and wishing everybody a happy, and rewarding Holiday Season! I like to think of the New Year, as a time of renewed hope, that the tough times, we’ve been going through, will be better! Out with the old year, and in with the New Year - hope that vaccines will effectively diminish the destruction COVID-19 has wrought world-wide, in so many ways!

Hi there. I just wanted to stand by you as you make your point about bullying on here. It's not only extremely hurtful, but it puts the company it happens in in a bad light. I could say a lot more, but won't. I just wanted to thank you! You are definitely not alone in voicing this serious concern. I would like to thank you as well. It is much appreciated. That said, it still does happen on here -- on pm where no one can see it. It gets reported. I even messaged both admins a few days ago, once again alerting them to said bullying case (I say once again because I and others have alerted admin to said case before) and nothing has been done. If something is in fact being done (the person is talked to, etc.) and it is deemed that they can stay, could you please let the "victims" know so as to put their mind at ease? Otherwise, we are here thinking that the hurt and pain caused us is going unnoticed. Please do not take this the wrong way because it's not meant to be taken as such, but is this "zero tolerance" rule only put into effect some of the time?

All this said, I want to thank you for the work that you do.

We are always here to discuss anything that you feel that you need support with whilst using the site. If you feel as though problematic behaviour on your community is going unnoticed, then please do reach out to the support team directly (support@healthunlocked.com).

In the meantime, please report the profiles of the member and/or members who are involved in the bullying case you are referring to so we can get a deeper understanding of the situation.

Once you do this, in accordance with our terms of use and community guidelines, we can then take the appropriate actions to safeguard you and your community.

"Gestyy.com is part of an advertising service that website publishers can use to generate revenue on their sites. Unfortunately, there are malicious programs that are redirecting users to these Gestyy.com ads without the permission of the publisher in order to generate revenue.

When Gestyy.com redirects a browser to an advertisement, the ads are typically for unwanted chrome extensions, surveys, adult sites, online web games, fake software updates, and unwanted programs."

It's been a hard year, for everyone, haven't seen my loved ones since Feb 2020, and I do miss them, it's not the same, otherwise I used to travel up north, haven't seen my sister, brother and their children since last year. It's been a difficult year, as most of us are shielding because of Covid 19. I have started shielding again, whereas before I used to go for a walk. This situation is so bad, that it's better to stay indoors. Even the Vaccine has come out, but we still have to be careful. At least we have got our own home's. Hope everyone is doing fine.

I am truly sorry to hear that you feel as though we have been insincere with you. Everything has an explanation, but first I want to assure you that the team works tirelessly to safeguard the platform and support thousand of members and partners on monthly basis.

With this, I have to admit, we were initially confused by your reply as of this morning your emails were not on our support system. The team have spent the day taking a deeper look into this matter to try and locate the missing emails so we can move forward with addressing your concerns. From our investigation, it became apparent that our email provider bypassed the support software we use and diverted your email to the spam folder (screenshot will be sent to you via email).

I have read your response email and will be working on a response tomorrow if that is ok with you. If for any reasons, you feel we are taking too much time to send you a reply, please do send me a PM.

As the intention of the post was to celebrate everyone (including you and MinnieMouse1234 of course!!) who has been part of the valuable support offered by this ecosystem of diverse communities, I will be closing the replies to this thread now.
