some heart issues are linked in some way - I can’t remember which or how it happens, but your dentist is the one with the knowledge.
When I was first in hospital being diagnosed with cardiac arrhythmia once stabilised the first thing the consultant did was examine my teeth and ask my dental routine and history.
My dental care is and was pristine but I had genetic gum recession. The cardiologist was of the opinion that dental health could affect heart health which I have read about over the years since.
