Had 2stents ,been on Aspirin for 2years,had anemia,last year quite bad, thankfully I had no bleed,was kept on aspirin,given iron tablets for approx 3.months,felt much better after a couple of weeks,now,I take liquid iron when I notice I feel tiered or look pale,so far so good,.

Yes I had a similar thing, I was always on the anaemia border line but had a bleed once not so long after my Bypass operation.

Iron tablets sorted it all out, unfortunately I had to go through the tests, I could have done without them 😁
