I think that most travel insurers who accept medical problems (and accept someone your age, whatever that is) would be able to quote.

Not Post Office Travel! I did quotes pre and post having my ICD fitted, and they were one of the most expensive both times. In fact almost double the cheapest quotes I found online!I used two comparison sites and my one was single trip Europe cruise! I went for 3rd cheapest as lower excess and higher benefits in several areas, and premium not much more.
