The norm is mild then moderate then severe.

I would hope you get an annual cardiology check.

I was ok with mild, not too bad with moderate then exhausted beyond words when severe. I was bicuspid.

In a nutshell, no you should not be exhausted by mid day. So I think you need medical advice. If you can’t get help via your GP then try the BHF nurses.

I would be inclined to fall forwards when I got to severe.

Best wishes

Yeah it's pretty normal for mild stenosis mine is moderate and I have noticed Im getting more fatigued having to rest most of the day. Is it possible your stenosis has progressed? When is your next check up?? X

I didn't start to suffer from fatigue until I was diagnosed by which time it was severe. How long is it since you were checked?

Appreciate all the replies. Mild Stenosis was identified Sept 22, and on a 3 year surveillance. I have a stressful job outside of the U.K. and travel a lot ! Might be time for a check up. I also suffer with anxiety, difficult to know if it’s anxiety related or heart or both ! Thanks again
