Hi 👋,I have been feeling very lightheaded in the morning with extreme body weakness and get wobbly. I feel better after a while but this can take over an hour. I found it difficult to get off the train and also the large gap made it a bit hazardous in this state.
I am not diabetic. I have af and take blood pressure meds, blood thinners. I am having a break from statins because they gave me severe muscle pain. Any ideas why this has started in the last few weeks ?

Sorry about how you are feeling it could be numerous things causing this from something very simple that can easily be rectified bit I think the best thing to do is see he Doctor so they can rule things out and tell you what is causing it
It might be that your bp is very low first thing in the morning. You say you are on bp meds. It is just possible that they are now too strong for you and you should either take a lesser dose or maybe you no longer need them. Either way don’t do anything before you have taken your bp to check.
then is not now. It is possible that now they need to decrease it to what it was. Have you got a home bp measuring unit? They are not expensive and well worth it considering how your bp can go up due to white coat syndrome. sit quietly at home, thinking beautiful thoughts if possible, and take it 3 times and then look at the average.
