Health screen queries

Hi hope somebody can answer what I hope are simple queries

Had an ecg as part of a health screening and it tells me the following, which don't mean a lot to me,

Poor R progression

QT prolongation

Do I need to see a cardiologist.?

Thank you for that, I do have a left bundle branch block which showed up at an insurance or pension medical about 40 years ago.So I'll have to put my hand in my pocket then and go and see the cardio.
