How are people dealing with insomnia ?I have sleeping tablets but I am reluctant to take them and keep hoping the sleep problem will lift. It has been on/of for a couple of years.My quiet Afib is now causing me problems and I feel pretty sure it is due to this added dimention .I have tried dark curtains and various other 'remedies'. I do not/cannot sleep during the day .Not sure that is a good idea It wrecks my days and activites .Like many of us I am trying to pick up the pieces after Covid. All ideas and suggestion gratefully received.
