(a few asked to keep updated - I've been really poorly lately)

Follow up Appointment from recent 24 hrs ECG results - had a 72hour ECG, pretty clear other than 1st Degree AV Block, a single Ventricular premature Complex and Rare atrial Premature Complexes.

Cardi explained that due to pregnancy and the adverse effects, taking both flecainide and bisoprolol was causing my whole cardiovascular system to slow dangerously down and pause. Due to the recent pauses, no intervention medically is the safest option during Pregnancy and a non surgical delivery has been advised unless baby's risk changes. As im not alloed any medication of any form, can anyone suggest anything to ease symptoms please? The pressure in my chest and the sinking heart feeling I get of a night time is too much. Im genuinely sleeping propped up right to try ease but nothings suficing. Cardi is aware of symptoms and the struggles but again it's too risky for meds.
