Hello Lovely People,
This is my first post and I don’t even know whether I am doing this correctly.
I had a Heart Attack at the age of 33 and ended up having Quintuple Cardiac Bypass Surgery. I have had a lot of anxiety since then about quality life and my life span in general. Which, I am pretty sure that almost every individual on this forum has experienced. The first thing I read about, after my surgery was articles about people having had Heart surgeries in their 30’s and their lifespan post surgery. And I have been reading medically published articles, not just random blogs or news articles. The reason for this post is that a few days ago, my wife came across an article from an individual who has had a Heart Attack and subsequent bypass over 30-40 years ago. What I would like to convey is that, even though every individual is different, and respond differently to treatments, exercises, diet, etc, all we can do is make an effort and hope for the best. “A change is the key”. And I am not suggesting that I have successfully managed to make significant changes to my lifestyle, however, I can certainly say that I am making an effort and will keep doing so, for me and my family. Please read the article on the the link provided ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl...
And I wish, that everyone going through this, manages to live for a significant time span
