Hello
Welcome to the forum.
Microvascular angina is a different type of non obstructive coronary artery disease, from Vasospastic/ Prinzmetal angina, aka Coronary artery spasms.
Microvascular angina is caused by the small blood vessels of the heart, not working properly, whilst vasospastic angina causes temporary transient constrictions in the larger coronary arteries.
You can have vasospasms in the microvessels too!
The treatment options are different.
The BHF has this information about Microvascular and Vasospastic angina.

I suggest you discuss your diagnosis and treatment options with a Cardiologist.
