Does anyone know if body tremors can be heart related?

Laying in bed last night and just couldn't settle. Recently diagnosed with myocarditis and mild heart failure.

Could not seem to settle last night brain just wouldn't switch off. I've been having leg pains so was probably over thinking this but then later I got funny taste in mouth and body tremors.

This happened on 3 separate occasions throughout the night.

I take bisoprolol, aspirin, colchicine, omoprezol, mirtazapine. Mirtazapine i take before bed I was prescribed this for anxiety and leaflet does say may cause body tremors and shakes.

Bisoprolol tends to cause a costochondritis kind of chest pain which I keep thinking is my heart.

My cardiologist doesn't seem to think that bisoprolol will be giving me any kind of side effects and refuses to change it at the moment and assures me that my heart is fine.

However I've had 2 cardiologist with 2 diagnosis. One said mild heart attack the other said myocarditis.

Really struggling at the moment so any advice would be appreciated.

Many thanks.
