On 13.10.21, I have a 6 week appointment for post PPM upgrade including Biventricular lead and cardiac resynchronising lead and an ECHO. I had my first PPM implanted on 22.2.2000 and had yearly check PPM check at heart clinic. It's only when I went for my first appointment for heart failure, my cardiologist detected atrial lead was malfunctioning and all this time my heart was functioning as a single lead fix rate pacemaker at constant rate of 60 bpm. My energy level is low although some features are very slowly improving. I will ask them to programming my heart rate ratio. Will they automatically do it because in the past they two times and failed?
