Hi update on my previous post regarding my BP shooting up suddenly got a telephone appt with my gp yes morning who reguesred that I go straight up to a@e to get checked out which I did 4 hours later bloods done - all fine 4 ecgs I all fine chest x Ray fine unsure why it's shot up all of a sudden but excellent care received outcome was he has upped my ramipril to 2.5 from 1.25 follow up call from gp and practice nurse to do regular BP checks and keep a record myself of BP and do it 3x times a day so all well and feel better today thank goodness xx

Thank-you for updating, I've been wondering how you're doing.

What brand is your home BP monitor? (lol, I'm always on the look-out for reviews. I love my Omron but am open to new tech if reviews are good)

Are you going to be keeping the home monitoring log on a spreadsheet so you can email it in on a regular schedule for the medic to check over?

Yes hospital said to keep a check on my BP 3 x times daily my monitor is a kinetik wellbeing . I have a telephone appt next wk with my gp to go over the outcome from hospital yes so I m. Hoping things will get better and improve as I feel a bit crapy atm and down xx
