You need to see your GP and get a referral to a cardiologist. I experienced similar problems when trying to use a treadmill/cycle/cross-trainer in Feb and was put on 1.25mg of Bisoprolol after seeing my GP. It took my body a few weeks to adapt and stop having palpitations (almost completely), but I've been much more active in recent months. My cardiologist appointment wasn't for five months after my 'episode', and then only a telephone conversation. I'm due to see the specialist in December, but who knows if that will happen, given COVID-19 restrictions. That's why I advise you to see your GP. With luck, s/he will be able to prescribe something to stabilize your condition till 'normal' life returns to us all.
