What to eat?

Vegan cardboard - that was my dietician’s answer to what I can safely eat with heart disease, diverticulitis, IBS and dystonia! Now looking for recipes 😉

The little green roasting tin is a great recipe book. On Amazon for £7. Delish recipes I’m going to try after a friend made some for a Christmas buffet. Good luck. My husband also has diverticulosis and heart problems coupled with dry mouth. No fun!
