My interaction with the posts is based mainly on what is the context of the subject matter and do I have any experience to pass on and help out.

I think this site or forum is not user friendly. It is designed with traditional website layouts and should be utilised for the target audience instead. As a beginner I've figured out how to use it quite quickly but I am tech literate. I would not expect the average user to be able to navigate like this to what their looking for support with.

I'm confused by what you're saying. Especially the last sentence.

If you could please say the same thing but with different words I would be very grateful.
