very concerned
hello maruth
I would suggest giving your gp/respiratory nurse a call to explain what's happened/happening. Failing that do speak to the BLF Helpline for further advice. Their number is 03000 030 555 and the lines are open 10am - 6pm Monday to Friday.
I hope you feel less anxious very soon
xx
I agree with Elian. Give your respiratory nurse a call, something must be causing this.
the 02 nurse? been today, i am having to wait for (maybe a long time) for night time tests, there was no apparent concern. i will move on this tomoz.scarey. thank you both ,you confirmed what i was feeling. i will sit up as high as i can tonight
o2 levels will below on waking up. don't worry it will make it worse. if you are running low on your tanks ring then they will come out that day but I would say call them before it gets to low. they wont mind . my husband would always be low in the moring. please don't worry tho.
thank you, johnswife, my anxiety level shot through the roof ,made worse by the "o2 review." an apparent lack of concern for my anxiety, only made me worse. i am also suffering with a very painful leg ulcer, which is not responding to treatment.
i am having the sleep test asap.my community matron has thankfully
intervened. i have also been referred to a cardio vascular surgeon, but your info has truly helped,,my sincere thanks to you,
i have also had 2 extra cannisters delivered today, so that will also help while i am waiting to get sorted. i told this lady i was ekeing out my supply by using a reduced level of o2,i litre instead of 2. she agreed that was ok, the BLF did not agree,....again i am thankful for the support for this forum.
i have stated i do not wish for this lady to come here again
