Can sleep - have pills, still feel rotten but not as bad, depressed? Yes, OK but then who isn't given the weather but definitely can't seem to fit all of me down the loo and flush it all at the same time!

I agree I love KOTC jokes I do hope he is feeling much better today.
Positive action that empowers self belief id2409 very much in the spirit of this forum sharing knowledge experience and support without prejudice.
Actions that establish a higher quality of life experience serve a purpose that deserves all the support that can be given while we are presented with uncertainty there can be no doubt a positive glass half full attitude enables rather than disables striving for achievment.

Whilst feeling down is not to be compared with clinical depression, I agree that both conditions can probably be helped with a smile. We all need a KOTC now and again.
Still in bed today feeling rotten.But I coudn't let you all miss your daily tonic of humour.It cheers me up to know that you you enjoy it.Thank you all for your very kind comments.

Back up and about again today,not quite right but much better,Thank you all for kind messages ,it means so much when feeling down.
i am also still in bed feal lousy.got chest infection takeing my antibiotics llike Gorden told me and they not upsetting me now.hope you dont mind me asking..When is it best to start takeing my course of steroids as well these are all my emergency pack...just read a joke on here about a little boy hideing .realy made me laugh.dose you good to read on here .. even if you do feel lousey...poor dog will have no fur left soon all the strokeing she getting while i in bed.she loves it...byeeeeee4 now...
