I can't give you any advice, but you are not alone

Keep looking at KOTC blogs for some humour,it will not cure your problems but it is a good tonic

I seem to remember reading in one of my many patient information leaflets that this inhaler may cause a change in your potassium level,

If that is so, it in turn may cause cramp.

Low levels of magnesium, potassium, calcium, and sodium all contribute as can overbreathing. We really can't win, take the inhaler and get cramps or don't take the inhaler and don't breath.

I can also remember jumping out of the car one day and almost screaming in pain as my leg muscle cramped, it ached for days afterwards, Eat bananas I was told.

Either my body has got used to it or the medication I now use does not have the same effect, I think our bodies just adapt to lower levels after a while and the cramps stop.

I find the best thing cor cramp is something cold leave it on for a few seconds and move the part of the body slowly.as i get them a lot as i got ms as well as copd .
