Is anyone else finding this site slow? Was tagging a blog I'd written and now it's disappeared!!!

i had that problem last night, didnt think something had gone through and i saw today that it went through twice. I am also finding it slow tonight x

twice today had 404 page error cannot find page, whilst trying to upload? sit is slow as been for days, may be too much traffic?
I often find getting on this site slow, uploading blogs takes ages, and changing between subject headings too. I thought for a long time it was my broadband provider, but have changed to BT and whilst all my other site access has improved, BLF remains slow and sluggish.
I have the same experience with the site.
Yes it is slow, I just give up sometimes. A pain when you have typed out a long post and it just disappears ...Grrr
A lot of other posts make me laugh so it is worth coming back.
I have found that first thing in the morning coming on the site is so slow and tea time also
It happens to us all - but I've found that I can usually hit the 'back' button and my intended message is still there, so I just click submit again. Sometimes that causes the same post to appear twice though.
What's the 'back' button? I use Google Chrome and it's an arrow in the top left corner. I can also right-click on the page and the little menu that pops up has 'back' at the top of the list.
If the site is really slow I cut and paste my message to notepad or something and save it, then post it a bit later.
For those interested in the techie side of things - the site is hosted by Virtual Internet (vi.net) of Fulham. The site IP address is 212.78.89.126 and a traceroute of healthunlocked.com reveals some bottlenecks, causing the trace to abort with timeouts. I gave up after 27 steps. Just what the problem is I do not know, perhaps the site owners can raise a ticket to get it looked at ?
I have some domain names of my own and have those hosted in Telehouse, London, the trace to those is quite fast, and only 12 steps. It's here that's s-l-o-w...

Having great fun this morning - not. So slow it's throwing up 404 (missing page) errors - in error.
So s-l-o-w trying to do anything at present. Has the site got a chest infection perhaps ?
If you use Firefox you can get an Add on called Lazarus. This will save what you have typed so you wont have to retype it.

Hi, yes happend to me a few times and like u gave up! but came bk later and my msg was there!
Very slow. If it's taking too long to submit a post I copy it quickly so I can paste it if nec.
