Does anyone have an alternative means of contacting Air Liquide apart from their given phone number, their lines are down.
Great start to the first decent weekend this year!
Thanks
Dave

Sorry mate, wish I had the info to give you but I don't use them.
BLF helpline perhaps ? Or even your local NHS PCT, PALS office - 01204 462701
Hi
No sorry - only got the number you have - just tried it a few times and it's just giving a "busy" tone.
Thanks TomK,
Sent email to
webcontact.alhomecareltd@airliquide.com
but have had no response to 15:15, wife just got through on land line now, panic over, got a 300 mile round trip on Saturday to South Wales, didn’t want to rely just on my POC.
Thanks again
Dave
Hi Everyone
I wanted to pass on to you the following after a discussion I had with a couple of the senior managers at Air Liquide.
The reason for not being able to contact Air Liquide yesterday was due to a fault at the BT exchange. Lines were not available for 2.5 hours after which normal service resumed. So the fault was beyond Air Liquides control nevertheless they apologise for any inconvenience and worry this caused.
Thanks
Mark
Thanks Mark, pity they couldn’t acknowledge emails either (after the event). then the "man in the black suit" rang to ask if we could have our Friday delivery deferred until Monday, a firm friendly no he has four empty cylinders, was the response from she who must be obeyed, the cylinders arrived at 15:30 today.
Trip to south Wales put off, looks like we're trying to deal with "Aunty Wainwright!"
