hi suejon, if you go on the BLF website, there is a new dvd made for ppl with copd, we started watching it at PR on mon, i have ordered a copy free of charge, i think there are exercises on there, it is made by ppl who have copd, it is called living with copd if i remember rightly. San x

Yes the DVD San has mentioned is avialble from the BLF website or by calling the BLF helpline - 03000 030 555 - the dvd is free!
"Move on Up" - isn't being produced anymore - it may be downloadable from a website (I don't know which though).

The BLF also ran an online surgery on exercising with a lung condition which you can watch on youtube here
