The last few prescriptions I have had for Seretide, the packaging on the inhaler has come from different countries i.e. Germany, France, Spain and today Norway. The inhaler and instructions look the same. Anyone know the reason? I forgot to ask the pharmacist today.

Think it all comes down to price, and where the health authority gets it from
Hi , i have worked has a pharmacy dispenser for many years, and the drugs you have received are known has Parallel imports . The pharmacy order them in from different drug companies. They usually provide them a little cheaper. I am also using a Seritide PI inhaler at the moment.There is no difference other than they are imported from foreign countries.
The drugs Salmeterol & Fluticasone are still the same in the inhaler provided to you .The Health Authority doesn't have any influence on where the Pharmacy order their medicines from. I hope this helps you
