got organised yesterday for my 3 rd session, taxi booked etc when I got there practitioners did all my obs. My heart rate was high 130 we wait good 20 mins only went down to 119 , was advised to not take part , and they would email my GP right away , I came home and rested , today am waiting on a call from my GP

So sorry you missed out. I thought 119 was good. My rehab team thankfully don't take my bp before every session, or I'd probably never get started. The first time I went it was 207.

Sorry you missed out on your session Trevor but a heart rate of 130 is high. I have atrial fibrillation so my heart can beat fast and erratically sometimes. I hope your GP rang and can offer help and advice. Take care xx.

Hi good morning, yes I have noticed that , even when I awake from bed it’s 111_120 . GP rang yesterday, so I am to go next week to hospital for ECG and bloods , he did brush on Thyroid’s

Ho, oh that’s disappointing for you! How frustrating.

My heart rate is often 125-130 and after rhythm tests they found nothing except my lung condition which works the heart harder. I still exercise regularly.

The problem is my heart ❤️ is higher even when am not exercising

I was confusing heart rate and bp. Hope the heart rate will go down soon.
