Hi I have a acapella device and you blow into it for 6 breaths then clear mucus times 6 every morning it vibrates as you blow with a strength counter to make it easy or stronger blow .been using one for 6yrs every day , after the flutter device was a bit cack handed never tried aerobika tho

I love my AeroBika, but I've never even seen an Acapella, so can't compare them.

My doctor prescribed my AeroBika, probably because the respiratory nurse who was helping me through a bad exacerbation asked him to. You can buy one on the internet but you are entitled to one on the NHS.
