I have been trying to stay Indoors as much as possible.

As soon as the air temperature runs below 17C it slows me down, and I feel less well. The damper air doesn’t help either.

I go out a lot less, still try to keep active though.

Have a heated throw which is great boon and this winter have bought myself a heated gilet to wear- looking forward to see if that helps me too.

I wear plenty of layers, with a polo or turtle neck top or sweater that I can put over my mouth and nose if necessary when out and about. I also carry a light snood in my handbag which will do the same job.
