There has been a certain amount of discussion on this site about the merits of the various flutter devices. Try 'search' in the top right hand corner. Some people found they had not enough puff to work the airphysio. On the whole the AeroBika seemed most popular and, as Pat says, your doctor can prescribe it if he/ she thinks it will help you.

I have been using Air Physio for about 3 months. My lung doctor recommended it to me and I have found it quite helpful. I use it for about 5 minutes every morning and it helps bring up the mucus. I cough less during the day.

Hi Poppywalk, I use an Acapella Choice device (prescribed by my specialist) and I find that, along side my Fostairs inhaler, really help shift my mucus.🙂xxx
