Yes every morning I get up. I never know how my breathing will be before or after my inhaler. I find a nice hot-shot cup of coffee helps more with my breathing. And sadly gardening is a very slow process because of getting out of breath very quickly with bending. Take care and enjoy your day. Brian

Ah Joseph, that is a great motto. I have bronchiectasis and will try to remember that when I feel bad because I've achieved nothing all day and so much needs doing. I'd like a fridge magnet with that motto on to remind myself. Thank you 🙂

good day matey i am 59 years old with bad copd on ebuliser 4 time a day my hard times are first thing in morning i have asma to i use a peak fol to very bad first thing 200 when i go on it may be 250 / 280 by dinner is there any meeting places for people with this condition in midlands all the best ghoust rider
