had bad infection a couple of months ago clears up had a holiday in the sun felt not to good could not eat much but chest mutch better arrived at midnight in airport didn’t realise haw cold it was out side as I came out the cold air hit me and I inhaled it went into a really bad fit of borking cough ing hurt my chest coud not breath properly or speak for moor than one hour

Poor you. That's the drawback of escaping to the sun. i hope you are better now.

It can really catch us unawares. I always carry a buff in my handbag, in case I suddenly come across a situation like you did at the airport. Hope you are feeling better now.

coughing is really exhausting and i sometimes find it really difficult to stop and the cold air does take your breath away when unexpected .
