Lignosus herbal.

Would love to know if anyone, who has Bronchiectasis, had tried Lignosus, which is being promoted on social media. Apparently it's good for clearing mucos and helps with breathlessness.

I have not heard of Lignosus. I am always a bit wary of trying things incase it reacts with my medication . Look forward to hearing what other say .

Hi I have bronchiectasis and have never heard of it.I use an acapella device and nacsys 600mg effervescent tablets once a day to do my clearance and its worked well for me.

The mere fact it is being promoted on "Social Media" us enough to put me off!

totally agree with you Sgt_Pepper I wouldn't touch it with a bargepole or anything else promoted on social media. I've never heard of it in 10 Years on this Lung forum

I just did a Google: Tiger Milk Mushroom, lots of info & write up on Wikipedia.....I still wouldn't try it - and I'm not adverse to natural medicine .

There wasn't much on the scientific although there was a BMC report on experiments on rodents 😬
