Thanks to everyone who got back to me. I started taking three shots (what else would you call them?) of Carbosisteine a day on Tuesday and it's made an immediate difference. Not wanting to go into too much detail, my chest feels looser and I can actually get a good night's sleep now. 😊

I use it, since before I was diagnosed COPD. It certainly help loosen everything up and clears the tubes. Good luck
