my peak flow reads 650 Evan when I'm struggling to breath and struggling todo stuff but my best is 700??

Hi Colby, your peak flow is an indication of whether you are well or not. If this is not the correct reading for you then you need to ask your Asthma nurse for help. You may need another inhaler or advice on using the ones you have already. Whatever it is you need to ask for help. Ring your GP ask them for an appointment. Good luck and take care, Maximonkey

blimey I wish my peak flow was like that. Mine is about 350 fist thing in the morning then 400 later on.

I hit 650-700 but have days like today when I struggle to get upstairs without gasping for air

I’m sure my asthma nurse doesn’t believe me
