Interesting - anything which helps us is great. But reading the article, is this device much different from pursed lip breathing? The article says it allows breathing to be slower, and for the air you are expelling to be held back thus preventing collapse of the lungs - all things which PLB do. Perhaps the device does this more efficiently.

I think it is based on the same principle. It’s apparently more effective than PLB. I guess we won’t know until we try it. It is at least going to be priced at a reasonable amount so it’s worth a punt I think….as you say “anything that helps “
